Meet the Team
Dr. Michael Burnett: Director, Taranis Ltd.
(HCPC) Registered Occupational Psychologist, Chartered Psychologist & Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (BPS), Registered EuroPsy Psychologist.
Michael holds a BA. First Class Degree (Hons) in Psychology (Queens University, Belfast) and a PhD. from the University of Surrey where he researched new methods of assessing people at work using simulations.
He has significant experience in the private (Banking, Management Consulting, Retail, IT & Digital Communications), public (HMRC, Defence, Education, Justice, Police) and not-for-profit sectors (Careers Guidance).
Michael is an independent product owner and senior user researcher and has helped high-profile organisations develop the concept, the psychological model and the online experience for a range of people-centered systems.
He is qualified in the use of several psychometric instruments and has designed customised assessment centres, simulation exercises, situational judgement tests and 360 competency-based assessment systems.
Michael is registered with the BPS as a Test User; Occupational, Ability, and Personality (formerly Level A & B).
Mrs. Helen Blaszczyk: Head of Client Solutions
Helen joined the t-PHI team in 2014 after several years working with the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD).
She has experience supporting and delivering business management strategies, marketing projects and developing new & existing client relationships either from a B2B or B2C basis, stretching across public & private sectors both in the UK and Internationally.
Helen is passionate about innovating the way people assess, develop and understand behaviours in the workplace.
She holds an upper second-class BSc. (Hons) Degree in Psychology (The Open University) and looks to complete a MSc. Qualification in Business & Occupational Psychology in the near future.
Helen has also completed the CIPD Psychology of Management training programme.

We draw together associates with whom we have worked previously and who bring specific expertise and experience.
Our associates include Chartered Psychologists and Coaches with a strong background in Human Resources and Occupational Psychology.
