Dr. Michael Burnett

Michael specializes in new product development and how to improve the user experience in talent management.

Michael has worked in the private (Banking, Management Consulting, Retail, IT & Digital Communications), public (HMRC, Defence, Education, Justice, International Trade, Home Office) and not-for-profit sectors (Careers Guidance).

He has over 30 years of experience and holds a BA Hons. (First Class) in Psychology from the Queens University of Belfast and a Phd. from the University of Surrey.

He has designed immersive work simulations, customised assessment centres, situational judgement tests and 360 competency-based assessment systems.
